World Dance Aerobics for Fitness

Trained at the Australian Institute of Fitness, Keti Sharif has choreographed the WDA program for maximum safety, effect and aerobic conditioning. Based on A-Z routines and new freestyle aerobics, WDA incorporates up to date techniques and fun combinations of bellydance, yoga, salsa and samba.

Safety and NATURAL body moves come first!

WDA programs are completely SAFE for joints - especially back and knees. All moves are low impact, grounded and presented in flowing sequence. They follow the body's natural planes of movement. You'll be amazed at the level of intensity your body will be working at!
