| Biography
Betty Ladd (AKA) Sheba Abdoe has been dancing for over 20 years and has been teaching for the last 5 years to students 16 years of age and up. She recently has been accredited in Egyptian Oriental dance after traveling to Egypt to study with Keti Sharif, to learn A-Z bellydance routines. Prior to this Sheba also journeyed to Prague in April 2001 where she competed in the International Dance and Theater Competition and received a Judge's Certificate. She is currently Artistic Director and performing with her own dance troupe Gems of the Nile throughout New York State. Betty has recently attended the Sphinx Festival, Egypt in 2009. |
