Keti Sharif's Pulse8 Fitness Programs
Trained at the Australian Institute of Fitness, Keti Sharif has created three Pulse8 workouts - Club Bellydance, Body Temple Yoga and Power Latin.
Modiefied programs are available for children - Zesty, and for Seniors or pregnant women - Glow! In August Keti launches the new Pulse8 Power Yoga program.
Based on A-Z routines and dynamic dance sequences, Pulse8 incorporates modern combinations of Bellydance, Yoga, Tai Chi & Latin dance moves for strength, suppleness and stamina. Pulse8 improves co-ordination and balance and is a great workout for everyone. Participants can work at their own level.
